Not exactly a new year's resolution, but I've started watching what I eat and have been trying to fit at least 15-30 mins of cardio in my schedule (also dropped pork and beef from my diet).
I don't care about how I look these days, and getting a little bit thick in the tummy isn't such a bother, but my family has a history of diabetes and heart problems and I don't want to accelerate the development of anything.
To get out of the public sector.
To start hitting the gym again.
My big one is to keep a daily diary. Life has changed on a day-to-day basis so much in the last five years. I barely remember what life was like.
Don't believe in them.
If a problem needs fixing, fix it then and there. If there is something you would like to accomplish start working on it immediately.
