Prince Planet would make a GREAT addition to the Legion Academy!!! Ok, so he's too young, and he gets his powers through the pendant he wears...No problem!!! At this point the only unrebooted members who I could see it being much of a big deal for them to return are Dawnstar, Blok, Quislet and maybe Tellus. Everyone else, I say dump 'em in the Academy pronto, the Subs included. Just to get it over with.

Prince Planet's Powers :
He can fly, as you can see from my Avatar of him.
He has super strength.
He's invulnerable but not like Mon - El.
He has super speed.
He has an IQ of about 300.
He can transform one non organic object into another. Ie - A clunky old rocket into a NEW rocket. A pebble into a boulder. A robot into a spaceship. He can add wings to a motor boat and make it fly. And this was MANY years before Firestorm! ( Prince Planet aired in the US around 1966. )

I think it'd be cool to have a character from each of the era's who hasn't shown up yet...
1). from Adventure-- ANIMAL LAD(with a new name, I guess, but not necessarily).
2). from the Cockrum/Grell years-- INFECTIOUS LASS
3). from Levitz/Giffen-- BLOK or TELLUS
4). from the 5YL stories-- KENT SHAKESPEARE
5). from the reboot-- DIRK MORGNA (fulfilling the experienced roll of White Witch and/or Dawnstar putting their dues in at the academy...)
