45 bids, too, some from comic shops. I guess the idea would be to buy the collection, and dismember it to get that $1000000 in its individual worth.
If I had $250000, I'd buy it and do just that. A cool $750000 profit, just sitting there.

Holy shit. I love that X-Men #1 cover. I always thought Angel was carrying a bazooka. This is probably the most sickening thing I've ever seen. For real. Not only every important comic throughout the Golden and Silver age, but multiple copies of things. It's like he went back in time and stockpiled them, like I always wanted to do as a kid. Why would someone have so many copies of Wolverine #1?!
