After many months of negotiations, RDCW is proud to announce a combined show with it's sister promotion from Mexico, Rob's Damn Lucha Libre!
Set for July 19, 2005, this co-promotion show will feature stars from both the RDCW and the RDLL for the first time on one event!

Just a quick reminder of the mexican tag match rules, as Lucha Libre is based mainly on tag, and it works a little differently to the tag matches we in RDCW would be familiar with.
Mexican Tag Team Rules
The most common type of Lucha Libre Tag is the trios match, a six-man tag match between two teams of three wrestlers. Each team has one wrestler designated as team captain. To win, a team must either score a fall against the opposing team's captain, or one fall each against both of the other wrestlers. Thes matches are almost always two out of three falls. Another thing to note is that in many Lucha Libre federations, the Luchadores do not 'tag in' in the same way as is usually done in US style feds. Rather, tag occurs when a member of either team leaves the ring.

Good work. I do want to make it clear, though, that this is a joint RDCW/RDLL show and not all matches will be lucha style. Just an fyi.
But if you have RDLL lucha type character/personas post them here so we know about them (and preferably who'll they be facing).

El Huracan (the hurricane)
Personality: El Huracan is something of a clown, but don't let that fool you. He's fiercely dedicated to his tag partner, El Aguila Joven, and will fiercely take to the ring to defened his honour.
Costume: Lace shirt with frilly cuffs and collar. Red and black boots and tight black trousers. El Huracan was recently unmasked by Senor Veneno of Los Diablos, and as such is making his return to the ring tonight.

El Aguila Joven (the young eagle)
Personality: Al Aguila Joven is the son of El Aguila, one of the great Luchadores of the past. Senor Veneno, leader of Los Diablos, forcibbly unmasked the elder Aguila after his last ever match, humiliating him, and his son has feuded with Los Diablos ever since to restore his father's honour.
Costume: White Rey Mysterio style tights and white shoes. His mask is white with an eagle motif, and he has a tatoo of an eagle in flight on his chest.
Finisher Move: El Aguila Del Vuelo (translation: The Flying Eagle) (Shooting Star Elbow Drop)
Signature Moves: La Garra del Aguila (Translation: the eagle's claw) (Spinning Toe Hold)
