Snarf has no idea about ECW.
He seems to think every match was hardcore.
Lets just take a few highlights from Sabu's ECW career:

Yes. In 7 years, ECW did have a few DQ's. No where in this thread did I claim otherwise. HOWEVER, in one month's time, we've had no less than 3 dq's and one no contest. And since WWE creative is anything but, we will see much, MUCH more. It's not that ECW is having DQ's and and no contests, it's that they're being done in the same half-assed, predictable fashion that's been shoved down our throats by Vince for years.
In contrast, TNA Impact's main event had a no finish for it's main event, but it WORKED. It's clearly setting up some kind of hardcore triple threat between Rhino, Samoa Joe, and Monty Brown (Monster's Ball, perhaps), and didn't feel like an insult to the fans' intelligence.

ECW consistantly had DQs & no contests, you just seem to have overlooked that.
The point isnt how many have or havent occured, its about the fact you seem to think its wrong for the WWE backed ECW to have DQs, but see nothing wrong with the
fact ECW as a seperate entity, had DQs.
The matches I listed above are just a small sample of examples I could have posted, but you seem to believe that was the sum total of them.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with DQs, and I really do not see your problem with them other than the fact you just wanna bitch about WWE!
I aint gonna pretend that this new ECW is anywhere near as good as the original, but you have set out to hate this product from day one, and your comments the first week set the tone for any posts you have made since!
The simple fact is, you can moan about many things on the show, like the fact the main event was two WWE guys, but you choose to moan about something that really isnt a big issue!
At least try to complain about something worthwhile!

I've moaned about that too. We've seen Big Show defend the so-called "ECW" title against Flair, 'Taker, and Kane. Test is ECW. There's a vampire. Sometimes,  isn't enough. In the old ECW, dq's happened, but it would usually be more than just swinging a chair to get it done. Hell, even run-ins right in front of the ref didn't automatically cause a dq! I wanted this new ECW to be good. The idea of having old faves like the Sandman, Sabu, RVD, Dreamer, and others with new faces like Matt Hardy (why the hell is he still on Smackdown?!? He'd be perfect in ECW!), CM Punk, Shannon Moore, and others tickled me pink. However, what we've been getting is crap. The fact is, Vince doesn't care about the old ECW quality. He's basically putting a new spin on the same crap he's been feeding us for years. And Paul Heyman, someone I used to have respect for, is letting it happen. If you want ECW-style, watch TNA and pick up a few of their DVDs while you're at it.

And once again, you are forgetting that not all matches were hardcore matches, meaning that DQs could happen for anything.
If it was a hardcore rules match, then run ins & anything else was fair game!
It just so happens that the bulk of matches were hardcore rules, so yes, there were less DQs than WWF & WCW.

Undertaker had a title shot two weeks ago, right before the Great American Bash. And, if Heyman wanted to, I'm sure TNA would give him enough money to make it worth his while to join the booking committee. Instead, he's gone ahead and approved this abomination, and then gone on to make a few bullshit comments, some about the new ECW, and a few cheap shots at TNA.

Overall, a marked improvement. Hopefully they can continue and get better. Though I will admit that TNA manages to entertain me more in a shorter amount of time. They don't get that 5-7 minute bonus that ECW does, and yet still manage to deliver on a consistent basis.
