Thanks Digby, and thanks to Peck for "exposing" the union for firing him.
According to the founder of ACORN he has not been fired. I'm sure you wouldn't doubt the founder of ACORN would you, they push for taxing the nation into the stoneage?
Without talking to Stephen there are some simple facts that get in the way of this fantasy, no matter how pleasing it is to contemplate:
Lerner has not been “fired” by SEIU as they report. He was placed on paid leave last fall to think through his contribution to the union, but was certainly present at the recent international executive board meeting. He’s in a curious position no doubt, but it’s something like being an “injured reserve” in the NFL and waiting for the team to find a place to bring him back on the roster.
I'm not trolling here, just genuinely curious and not able to understand stuff. But what will people get when they attack banks? Wouldn't that hurt the little people in the long run?

Cloward and Piven strategy explained, and detailing its introduction and advancement over 4 decades, in New York city in the 70's, under President Clinton in 1993, and its proponents now within Obama's administration.
I frankly don't think it would work any better than Soviet Russia worked. But it isn't so much about making a better system. It is far more about hating America and wanting to destroy the existing capitalist/ free-market system.
Detective MEM and JLA, the title of this thread is "Former" the fact that it took you morons hours to figure out he was "former" by re-reading the article is hilarious enough. The fact that this gives the SEIU a free pass in your minds is hilarious/tragic.
