Aquaman, an apparent casualty during the Our Worlds at War story line, does have a future.
"We have definite plans for Aquaman," DC Comics editor Dan Raspler said. "Go to JLA #61, you might find a clue in there."
On Friday, writer Greg Rucka said during the DC panel: "His name is Arthur, and he's named Arthur for a reason. Aquaman is the once and future king."
Raspler reiterated those words on Saturday, again emphasizing "future." He also noted that Aquaman will be appearing in Cartoon Network's Justice League animated series.
