I cannot pimp this book enough to do it justice. BENDIS! MAHFOOD! SPIDEY! FANTASTIC FOUR! It's awesome. Bendis showed me the black and whites a few months back, it's amazing. Jim Mahfood is the master of small little visual gags, and the last page is killer. BUY THIS BOOK! Even if this is the only issue of Team-Up you try, give it a shot!

Hey, I'm a west-sider! I shop at Carol and John's Comics...awesome store! It's in Camms Plaza at Rocky River Dr. and Lorain Rd. Where's Comic Heaven? And for the Marvel Boards, they're not coming back, sorry!

Mistah SImps PLEASE tell me this book has NOT come out yet.... It was not in my bin Weds and I checked another shop it wasnt there either.... If not I may have to steal a copy from rufie who buys like 10 issues each of any Spidey title!

Comic Heaven is in the Wickcliffe/Willoughby area. The owner of the shop was an early supporter of Bendis before he hit it big. When you said that he showed you pages, I thought that you may live somewhere near there since Bendis himself did before he moved. I live on the East Side...near Shaker Heights. I shop at NorthCoast Nostalgia on Mayfield rd. Comic Heaven is kind of my back up store. I go there if my regular shop sells out or fucks up and forgets to pull something for me. They have a killer selection of back issues and trades. You should head over sometime. Can you gibve me some more specific directions to Carol and John's? I'm not very familiar with the West side but, I'd like to check it out some day.

I bought it, strictly on this recommendation. It was a hoot! I loved all the in-jokes. This is the first time I've seen Mahfoods work outside of a Clerks comic.

Oh my god. PLEASE tell me you're joking. I am SO fucking pissed with how shitty Team Up has become. What the hell? Are they TRYING to have crappy artists on the book all the time? I thought this was perhaps one of the dumbest Spidey related issues of all time, sorry, but that's how I feel. I guess a book with absolutely nothing in it but stupid Marvel inside jokes just doesn't cut it for me. The worst thing about this was that because I had Team Up on my subscription service I HAD to pay for it. Ugh.
