Both in black and white and colorized variants.
Hartnell as the first Doctor comes with a Dalek.

Season Three is good (except for the finale...you'll know when you see it). Season Four is awesome. It bugs me how he's leaving right as he hit his stride. Rumors have everything from the Daleks returning (again) to John Simm reprising The Master. Absolutely nothing confirmed, though...
