I'm really loving Ultimate Hulk vs. Wolverine. Wolverine faces his Spirit Animal (who's a talking panda) and insults him to irk the panda into a fight, only to find out his claws are flowers and gets taken down. Then when he wakes up you find out Fury cut off Wolverines head after dropping a nuke on the Hulks and him. Fury tells him that he's breathing through his skin, and that his mutation might not be healing at all, but survival. Fury wants to know what Banner-Hulk told Betty-Hulk. A flashback shows the Hulks fighting while wolvy tries to put his lower torso back on, and is disturbed by the fact he couldn't tell if the hulks were "fightin or screwin". But since the panda told him not to tell fury what he heard he feigns ignorance and says he doesn't know. Of course, fury finds out in the end and we have one last issue. I'm just wondering where this fits in Ultimates continuity. It looks like it fits between Ultimates2 #4 and the last arc, but Fury's got a mad on for killing Betty in this but they're on good terms in Ultimates.

Its really good. Not in the jeff loeb so bad its good but in the holy shit wolverine is different in the Ulitmate universe good.

I honestly cannot wait for this to come out in HC. I rarely buy HC collections but this will read great collected. This is what the Ultimate line should have been. To hell with Ultimate Power and Ultimatum. This line doesn't need a shake up, it just needs decent writers.
