I agree. I have one ass who wants me to bag and board his book then spend extra money to buy a specialty mailer because his mailman will bend it. And he has threatned to give me a bad review if that happens. I had posted in all of my sales and reminded him that I have no control over the USPS. He is bitching and crying that the $5 I am charging him for shipping and handling is too much. When to ship to him (flat rate) is 5.38 and he is wanting me to insure it and wants confiramtion/tracking, without paying extra. WTF. You paid $10 for this comic! I understand you want it in as good a shape as possible, but then pay for it!
