Innohosting. Great support and they have Fantastico, which is a automatic WordPress installer. Just a couple of clicks and it is installed. Their starter plan is $4.99 a month and they don't have a setup fee or a several month prepay. I've been with them 2 years.
Shit, I already registered with Godaddy. It's like 4 bucks a month for the hosting too, though they haven't charged that yet so I'm starting to think maybe I didn't tick that option. I thought they'd charge me for the hosting of whole year right now, since I registered the domain for a year.
