I remember being introduced to Hugo Strange in some Batman Annual from the 80's. Williams would make it work. And with Ann Hathaway as Catwoman, would round out an already awesome cast. Hope this is true. Meanwhile, I wonder who Tom Hardy is playing? Could be someone like Hush. Or, as I would prefer, someone like Deathstroke, Deadshot, or Prometheus.
