I've been hearing that something bad will happen to Batman/Bruce Wayne at the end of the movie. This is why WB wants to reboot the franchise after this one.

I've been hearing that something bad will happen to Batman/Bruce Wayne at the end of the movie. This is why WB wants to reboot the franchise after this one. I don't think it's gonna be at the end. More like he gets fucked up by Bane and has to come back (rise).

Has Batman fought anyone really powerful in the movies? All I remember is him fighting low level thugs the Joker who was just cheap. I'm thinking he will fight bane early on in the movie, get his back broken or hurt in some other way and then return to save the day.

Has Batman fought anyone really powerful in the movies? All I remember is him fighting low level thugs the Joker who was just cheap. I'm thinking he will fight bane early on in the movie, get his back broken or hurt in some other way and then return to save the day. other than goons, ra's has been the only true fighting competitor.

His back getting broken seems a bit too extreme for the tone of the Nolan films. Probably seriously fucked up, but not a broken back. Though it looks like Gordon may take that one for him.

I'm glad its ending. We rarely get a good third movie and when a franchise goes over that we get jar jar binks.
I'm open to someone else taking over. WB knows how successful Nolan's movies have been and I'm sure they won't let someone else fuck up the franchise.
