I loved the story (it works as a summary of the first half of the comic), but the technical aspects were awkward. It's like they weren't sure if it's going to be comedic, stylistic, or whatevs. The comic was plain creepy and had more disturbing moments, like the survivors eating the snail people raw, with one of them actually sticking his body inside the shell just to eat the face of his former friend (the ending was also more confusing, the curse was put by aliens?!).
