I give it 8
out of 10. From the Presidential Seal flashing on the screen like the campy Batman 70's show, the ridiculous celebration of his election in the Prohibition-era, to gangsta fdr shootin the shit straight to the American people on a hotwired radio, and the unbelievably racist stereotypes of Hitler, Mussolini, and Hirohito (Herrooo), I haven't laughed so hard at a movie in a long time. If you can find it, watch it.
