The All-star line from DC will be a great success, just like the Ultimate line was.
Marvel will finally come to their senses and take JMS off of Spider-man, and somehow retconning the last year of crap.

The all-star lineup will bring over Ultimate fans to DC and it will also bring in fans of the Batman movie into comics.

John Byrne will continue to say stupid things whil ehis Doom Patrol declines in sales with each month, leading to its inevitable cancellation.
The Legion reboot will be a moderate success but most fans will still pine for Levitz/Giffen days.
The Fantastic Four movie will be good. And I will see it the day it opens.

The new X-Men movie will be announced at the end of the year. Marvel will disregard the "definitive" Phoenix story that "Phoenix: Endsong" is supposed to be and bring her back again and cash in on the movie.
Grant Morrison will kick ass in SSoV and All Stars Superman.

Who's fighting Elseworlds? Who fought when Julie Schwartz began the Silver Age? Who's fighting Vertigo? DC's characters have had far more reinterpretations than Marvel's. Now, granted, there's a lot of bitching these days everytime something new comes down the pike (or something old gets brought back out), but in all honesty, DC's fans are well used to reinterpretations.

The ones who can't figure out if Superman should be hardcore invincible or a fallen Christ figure. The ones who complain if the Waynes are shown escorting their son out of the wrong movie before they reach the alley. Those guys drive every vision to the ground, and I'm thinking this will be no different.
I could be wrong. There's always that X factor, but I've stopped counting on it. I just hope I'll enjoy the issues I can get.

I disagree. I think this is the opening stages for DC to do exactly what many of us have suggested here before. Use the multiple franchise titles to appeal to several segments of their fanbase, rather than just one segment. The new line ensures that continuity minded fans don't have to worry with this, and thus have nothing to bitch about.

The Spiderman movie didn't help sales of the Ultimate or regular Spiderman series. Same with the X-Men movie.

The ALL STAR line will not be as big as the ULTIMATE line. The brains that follow DC comics, and they like to think they are the intellectual comic geeks, will find out that Batman & Superman are just as over used a Wolverine. Well maybe they are smart enough to figure this out. I'm shocked these DC nuts can find their butts with both hands. In the end Marvel will kick DC's ass not because they tell better stories, as they have over the years, but because they have better characters as well. NUFF SAID!
