Good.
Glad he's dead.
Always hated that guy.
Actually he seemed like a good person and a decent actor. It's sad he died.
That's sad. I only heard just a few weeks ago he was ill. I first heard of him with Beverly Hills 90210, back around 1990.
He was only about 18 then, and one of the trendy/cool crowd at that time. It was with that show that I realized the 80's high school/college look of my era had been replaced by a new trend, and that I was officially getting older and replaced by a new generation.
Despite his age, he'll always be the "new generation" to me.
Actually he would have been about 24 years old in 1990. He was born in 1966
Well, I just meant roughly in that age group. He was representative of a new generation younger than me. Luke Perry may have been 24, but he was playing a kid in high school.
It was around this time I first heard the term "Generation X", which again was representative of a new generation, the next generation after mine. (And I still think "Generation X" is a really pretentious thing for a generation to call themselves.)
