I love the scene from LEGION OF SUPERHEROES 296-297, where a Cosmic Boy out for vengeance against the criminals who killed his family, rips open a prison ship with his magnetic powers, and the 3 criminals, terrified, as they're magnetically pulled toward him, say "how's he doing this, we're not wearing any metal?!?"

And Cosmic Boy says "I've got you by the iron in your blood, creep!"
