For those who are going to watch the game, doing anything special?
Who's watching it just for the commercials?
Who's watching it just for the halftime?
Who's watching it for the football?
For the Patriots?
For the Eagles?
To see if T.O. plays?
Me: watching it for the football, hoping for a close game. I really have no rooting interest in it. I wouldn't have a problem seeing the Eagles pin a Super Bowl loss on Michigan guy Tom Brady. And for the first time, I'll be watching the game by myself, living on my own for the first time in 20 years.

My wife and I are having our first official party in our new house.....we just moved in December 24, 2004 so we are excited......any of you guys want to stop by there will be plenty of wine, beer and food. ......and when I say everyone I exclude rex and velo.

I'm a dolphins fan but have patriots receivers and kicker and defense in a playoff pool and if they do well I might win 500.00 so I guess I'm rooting for the pats.

The gang and I are watching the game at my friend's parent's house. It's half-SuperBowl Party, half-Birthday Party. After hearing about how Budweiser pulled a funny commercial off the SuperBowl because it referred to last year's "wardrobe malfunction", I'm not holding out too much hope for this year's offerings. Same thing with the half-time show...Paul McCartney? That's a fifteen-minute bathroom break, as far as I'm concerned. I'm watching it for the football, but I won't talk about the teams or their chances - I don't wanna jinx 'em. But I do know this: I don't care if T.O. plays.

I usually watch it for the commercials mainly, but last year's commercials sucked and, as everyone here said already, this year's will probably suck even more.
Still, I'm watching it with a friend to keep him company.

I don't have any plans yet. I'll probably just watch it at home. I stopped watching it for the commercials a few years ago, when I finally started to understand the game. And the commercials have sucked since '97. Still, there are going to be some movie trailers to watch out for, so that will be nice. And being from Michigan, I'll be rooting for Brady, just like I did the last two times he was there. I hope it's a close game until the end, but I also hope the Pats win.
