If it is set post Episode III, what a fucking DEPRESSING show it would be:
All but three of the Jedis are dead, and one of those three is now a Sith Lord.
The democratic Republic is dead, and the Empire is consolidating its power.
Things can only get worse and worse.
If this show (first I've heard of it, actually) is set post-Episode III, it won't be featuring Jedis. What would it be about -- the formation of the Rebel Alliance? In any case, it would still be fairly downbeat since we know they won't have any major victory until "A New Hope".

I had heard that this show would take place during Lucas' new trilogy, spotlighting third-tier characters or something like that. I could be wrong, but that is what I'd heard.

Actually, those were full-on tights. And her legs are spectacular, I have to say. Miss Allen is a total babe, and a sweet lady, to boot. I was lucky enough to meet her a couple years ago at a Motor City Con.
As distasteful as her death was in Episode III, the original plan was even worse. She was supposed to go down screaming like a slasher flick victim. Thankfully someone rethought that idea....
