Okay, I realize I'm asking for something that will never happen, but when Angle was bragging about jumping Cena last week, why the hell didn't Cena simply point out he beat Angle at No Way Out to become the #1 contender for the WWE Title in an actual match? I realize WWE fans have short attention spans, so six months ago is a long time, but that's what the obscenely expensive Jeritron 5000 is for! I love Cena, I really do, and I know he's capable of better promos than this. In fact, that's what makes me sure there was a company line behind this. Seriously, what would you rather watch. Cena beating his chest screaming the champ is here and telling people to come get some, or putting some serious digs in while showing gratuitous clips of No Way Out?
End of rant.
On a side note, I had the same thought about HHH being the one who jumped Flair, although his return to the ring seems to indicate it was in fact Masters and Carlito. Unless Flair never got a good look at his attacker. Word is they want to freshen Hunter's character...
