Responding to comments made by Michaels in his book, Heartbreak and Triumph:The Shawn Michaels Story, Hart said of the born-again Christian in an interview on The Score: "That's one Christian they should have fed to the Lions."

Hart also said Michaels was a "slimeball, a coward and a weak, shallow, insecure rat."

It was Michaels who concocted a plan to steal the WWF championship from Hart in the 1997 Survivor Series in Montreal.

Hart said if Vince McMahon had ever come to him with a plan to "screw over" another wrestler, he would have refused.


- Hard to believe, but there are, apparently, some less-than Woo-o-o-o moments in the life of Nature Boy Ric Flair. After denying assault allegations, Flair surrendered to Charlotte, N.C. authorities earlier this week, then was released on a $1,000 bond. Flair is charged with injury to personal property and simple assault and battery, both misdemeanors. The charges stem from an incident in which Flair allegedly got out of his car, grabbed a motorist by the neck and kicked the door of the guy's sport utility vehicle.

Flair says he's innocent. "Ninety-five percent (of the time) it's great being Ric Flair, 5% it's not," the 56-year-old wrestler told NBC. "But the people here in Charlotte in that system right here treated me like a million bucks." Then came news of the divorce papers filed by The Nature Boy's soon-to-be-ex -wife, Beth, who says he slapped, kicked, choked and bit her. Flair, for his part, says she physically abused him.

- Chicago White Sox catcher and World Series-champion A.J. Pierzynski shows up on TNA Impact ... so does Bobby "The Brain" Heenan. TNA just keeps gaining momentum. Look for A.J. to get involved as a manager at the Dec. 11 Turning Point.

- WWE will bring back its Saturday Night Main Event show on NBC in March. Looking forward to it, but it won't have the same impact as it did many years ago, when most of the other TV matches we got to see were garbage. So, at the time, Saturday Night Main Event was like a pay-per-view. Now, any given RAW, and occasionally Smackdown!, are as good as a pay-per-view -- and a lot cheaper.

- Will Eric Bischoff get the boot as RAW GM tonight? That seems to be the direction the storyline's heading in, with the appearance of Shane McMahon last week. But look for some sort of swerve here. I've got to think Bischoff stays in some capacity.
