we've selected 64 of comicdom's worst to compete in a battle royale to determine who's ... well... best. you will vote in a series of threads to move the villains to the next round.
your task is to select which character is best (or worst, if that phrasing is more apt) at their job. who is the better villain, a greater menace, a stronger foe. this finals round thread features 3 villains, each champion in their own category, that you must pit against each other in a single week.
