Oh, no, the making it part was fine. If something's not cooked to temperature, it gets tossed. It's... after the food leaves the grill and the time before you order said food that you should worry.

But I won't ruin everyone's fast food experiences with my tales of terror.

But here's a fun tip: If the restaraunt's crowded, THAT'S the best time to eat there. You'll get fresher food that way. An empty restaraunt often means the food's been sitting in a heater, possibly long after it's due to replaced with fresh stuff.
