Think I have found the tepid sewers (hard to remember as I think I have found something like 40+ places now).
I went to Greyditch early on, and kept getting fried by those fucking ants, so I gave up on it for a while and went back when my level was alot higher and I had more ammo and weapons. Second time round it was pretty easy to clear out.
