So girl atom was a spy in the JLA all along. I'm not sure why they needed a spy if they were just going to stomp in and take over

She took out Superman and launched the search for Pandora's box...which lead 'Alfred' to finding it and opening the portal to Earth 3.
She was full key to this little chain of events. :D
