Well you just go ahead and continue hating Obama more than the terrorists. His tactics may not be mistake free but it's come with a lower body count for us than his predecessor who made many many mistakes that got lots of people killed. I know you want to pretend W just did the surge but there were many years of war prior to that of creating much of the foundation of isil.
