I took the time to summarize the top 10:

10. South Dakota, 82%
9. Wyoming, 84%
8. Kentucky, 85%
7. North Dakota, 86%
6. Iowa, 87%
5. Montana, 88%
4. New Hampshire, 91%
3. West Virginia, 94%
2. Vermont, 95%
1. Maine, 97%

I looked up Florida, and even Florida's over 81% white (as of the most recent 2005 statistics offered), which surprised me because it seems much more diverse than that. Although South Florida is probably more diverse than the rest of the state. Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties are much more international, relative to the central and northern parts of the state, that remain much more rural, midwestern and... well... rednecky.
