A nice set of costume elements combined in one photo. The girl on the left is wearing a nice classic Star Trek women's costume, with a 60's hairstyle, but so exaggerated as to be self-parody, or perhaps even a B-52's reference. There's almost a wicker-furniture pattern woven into her hair. Combined with holding a Tribble, to give it yet another dimension of reference to "The Trouble With Tribbles" episode.
Then you have Next Generation costumes of Deanna Troi and Commander Riker. The Riker costume in particular I think is quite good, he's got the costume, the beard and the demeanor down. Nice job all the way around.
