I don't really see an Adams style in the panel you cite. But hey, you never know. The way Overstreet points out every issue of Adams inks, even those where he only inked a panel or two (such as, say, WONDER WOMAN 220, or MISTER MIRACLE 19, or the very scant "Crusty Bunkers" artist jams on inks with other artists in books like SWORD OF SORCERY or SAVAGE SWORD OF CONAN 2) I think they'd list it as Adams. And certainly, Giordano riffs the Adams style in his own Batman work.
