Where there's plenty of footage of Biden groping and caressing teenage girls and even little girls. Where the girls are clearly repulsed but suffer through his pawings. Where secret service agents avoid bringing their girlfriends into rooms where Biden is, so he won't grab their asses. Where Biden deliberately walks around naked just to make female secret service agents uncomfortable.
"Creepy" doesn't half cover it.
