The All Star game is for the fans, so there isn’t much point in analyzing “who got snubbed”, etc. I am perplexed by Allen Iverson starting at a position he doesn’t play, though.
Overall, you’ve got a few borderline selections(Pierce, Roy, Jamison), and a few flat-out mistakes(Kidd, Johnson), like every year.
The game will be on Sunday in New Orleans, which is cool. Looking at the rosters, it should be a pretty decent game, too. While the difference in quality of teams is certainly significant, the East can match up star against star, unlike recent previous(Garnett-less) years.
