Today, the US forces in Iraq detained long wanted international terrorist responsible for the 1985 Italian cruise liner hijacking.
That's all fine and good for the rest of the world. I'm sure the family of the American they shot and rolled his wheelchair in the Sea are happy for justice.
I am also sure the WH is pleased with the evidence of terror ties to Hussein.
But I ask you this: DID THEY CONSIDER
MY feelings in all this?
JUST THIS WEEKEND, I began a book about this PARTICULAR hijacking! I didn't know ANYTHING about it! Everything that happened was new to me. History had become mystery!
But today, on CNN, I get a full outline of everything that is gonna happen in my book.... and it sounds pretty cool.
I ask you this: what were they thinking?!
The guy has been missing since 198...freakin'....5! They couldn't wait another few days to catch him? I mean, I know I may be asking too much, but I bought the book in hard cover. That is pricey.
People never consider the REAL costs of war!
