I have to admit, it was pretty cool. I think, though, that Ken Watanabe's image there was taken from The Last Samurai as the whole color scheme seemed more appropriate for that movie rather than a Batman film...
As for where the trailer went: I'm guessing the dude who runs the site didn't have the bandwidth necessary for all the hits he got. Just a guess, though...
