All of the matches except the Tag Titles match involves The IV, so there shouldn't (yeah right) be too much bitching. Of those matches, I will either: decide who wins myself, or take PM votes to decide.

Well, no more excuses. If someone wants a match added, all they have to do is send me a PM.
I rigged the voting deadlines so they won't start until the matches are over...they should take care of the spamming.
I already have ideas about who will win the matches (or I may go with PM votes) but if someone writes an EPIC promo, that could sway me. This applies to the tag match the most.
I think having a HAVAK twice a month will give everyone enough time for promos, and recaps. One week to write a promo, one week to come up with a recap. The next HAVAK will start two weeks from today. If anyone doesn't have it together by then, tough shit.
So one week from today, the results will be announced. Recaps and even promos can be added at any time until the following Tuesday.
I have big plans for the World and Hardcore titles. Tag Titles and the merged Y/ IC belt are up for grabs...

I have made an effort to post, but it wont be a regular thing.
I have set up something that will throw a spanner in JLAs plans, but it will allow me to jump in and out without committing fully, but at the same time shouldnt ruin his plans......just make them more difficult!
