When I post on the DC board my screen refreshes immediatley,yet on here & other places such as the 8ball,I have to do a manual refresh to read what I`ve just posted!!
Is this an older version or something?

Depends, are you using Netscape? if so, netscape likes to cheat on the loading times and just uses the cached image of the webpage you want to read. Try comparing it to when you use IE.
