This place besides the MB is all Flash. I recently got it and was looking for some tutorials/tips/anything on Flash because I don't know jack about it yet. I have made one thing though but it is simple and just meant to be used on another Forum in my sig at width=400 and height=200. It is the first thing I ever made with Flash:

sortuva spacey feel, but a great start! best way to learn flash is to run thru the tutorial that comes with the program (under the HELP menu). do it 3 or 4 times, in a row. that will help you master all of the basics, at which point, you can evolve from there. everyone loves flash. and anyone that wants to learn it, just wants to jump into the advanced stuff, which just isnt possible. y'gotta practice a little first. do those tutorials, and, it will make a WORLD of difference!

Mark Waid's Flash was the best, but I also loved Wm Messr Loebs's stuff too. Stay away from the Mike Baron stuff though!!!

I've gone through the Lessons in the help menu but they are only for basic stuff and not more advanced stuff like in the samples that are also in the help menu.

but the advanced stuff is built on basics. and you need to MASTER the basics, young jedi. think of it like playing the piano. you can't jump into a song, until you've mastered playing the basic chords. a song isnt anything more than a mastery over those basic chords, plus creativity. same thing with flash. once you master the basics (which should you everything from making a symbol, to editting a bitmap, to tweening shapes and adding sound), you dont really need any more help. if you're looking for other resources, http://www.flashkit.com is by far the best site i've seen. it has tutorials and sound clips, etc. again, tho, it doesnt mean anything unless you can learn the initial steps.

When I tried it, I ended up smelling of ozone and ammonia for two weeks. Of course, I couldn't conjure the lightning and didn't have a rack full of chemicals, so I threw a plugged-in toaster into a bucket full of toilet cleaner. That Barry Allen got lucky, I tell you.

I remember when I was about 8 or 9 I poured some chemicals from my Little Scientist kit on myself and ran around outside during a thunderstorm but all I I got was yelled at to come inside from the rain. And a rash from the chemicals. No super speed powers.
