I started the day off....with A chocolate Metrx Protein Shake.......had meatloaf and mashed potatoes for lunch and will probably have another protein shake for dinner.......fruit for dessert.

I had coffee..didn't have time for shredded wheat or flakes. had a sweet onion chicken teriyaki on wheat, baked lays and a diet soda just now, and then had a scoop of ben & Jerry's chunkey monkey. That's it. I may have cereal later. I'm thinking of going on that cereal diet. Where you eat cereal, sensible lunch and then cereal. mixing in some fruit or veggies throughout the day. I'd probably eat whatever i wanted for my main meal on sat or friday though. I gots to lose 15 lbs...

Hrm......when did I eat ;p j/k! One of those nutrigrain bars for breakfast/lunch and I wasn't that hungry tonight...just some yogurt (too lazy to go buy groceries!) and popcorn. For losing weight, I highly recommend teaching just 'cuz you never have time to eat...just snack but seeing as how I have no food at school or candy or anything, its a good way to lose weight!
