I'm kind of a mod now. Which means I'm gonna have to do stuff in a bit more organized fashion in here. Or something. Anyway, I just wanted to type up this little thread before I got started to give you some idea of what to expect from me. Not that some of you don't already have a pretty good idea of what to expect or anything, but... yeah. I was going somewhere with that... ummmmm...
- Babez in Gamez: I will be more than happy to feature attractive female video game characters on a regular basis. In a quasi-tasteful fashion. In a totally non-misogynistic fashion, that doesn't treat women as sex objects to be ogled. Because that's completely in line with how the gaming industry feels. Heh.
- You Cheating Bastard! Sometimes, usually after you've tried and failed to slip past that boss the twentieth time, you start to wonder how bad it would really be to toe the line and maybe use a harmless little cheat code... just this once! That's how it starts, anyway. From time to time I will be highlighting essential [you never know] cheat codes, hints, and exploitable glitches from classic and current games, just in case you feel a little naughty sometimes.
- REPLAY: While many video game enthusiasts feel the urge to keep up with the newest new thing, sometimes there's no substitute for a tried-and-true title from a few years back. I will periodically be revisiting some of these older titles, mostly PC titles, to help you rediscover some classics - or at least to help you find something that'll run on your old-ass system...
Those are just the regular features I've come up with so far. I may work some more things in later, once the three mods have worked things out together. Most of my gaming experience is in PC games, but I've accrued quite a few hours on a number of other platforms as well. Of course, if any of you have stuff you'd like to share, you're more than welcome. Poice!
