Scroll about halfway down and marvel as Rex goes for a quick payout...or just read below. Do you know any lawyers willing to take on a personal-injury suit concerning fisting-induced fibromyalgia? When I call local personal-injury lawyers here in Eugene, Oregon, they get all flustered.

But fisting-induced fibromyalgia? Maybe skidmarkalgia can be induced by fisting, FF, but not fibromyalgia. "That would NOT be considered credible in any real way whatsoever," says Dr. Barack. You may have fibromyalgia, FF, and you may have been fisted before your diagnosis, but there's no relationship, and no personal-injury lawyer is going to take your case.

Doctor Barack is correct. rex has no case.
Furthermore, an individual who voluntarily participates in a dangerous activity is often held to have assumed the risk of that activity. If rex didn't want a sore asshole, he shouldn't have let Beardguy [repeatedly] fist him.
rex might as well try suing Hanes for wool poisoning.

Fisting or fist fucking (FF) is a sexual activity that involves inserting the hand and forearm into the vagina or anus. Typically, fisting does not involve forcing the clenched fist into the vagina or anus. Instead, all five fingers are kept straight and held as close together as possible (forming a beak-like shape, casually referred to as a "silent duck"), then slowly inserted into a well-lubricated vagina or anus (Herrman 1991:46-47). And, to be fair, one of my favorite friends there is blind and I take every opportunity available to make fun of that and we're still friends. That guy never fit there. He never got the spirit of the RKMBs. We're gonna keep an eye on the obits, see if he finally left or if he really did have a heart attack.
