for my math, i dont think i've changed at all mentally since i was 13 or 14. I was in the same mindframe when I hit thirty. Subconsciously you expect to suddenly have your mind and personality shift into that baffling 'adult' thinking and awareness. Instead, it turns out that you just stay you, while your body says "Enjoyed the ride!". Honestly, though, nothing much changed for me. I'm thirty-five now, and I'm kind of thinking "Shit! 40 in five years?"... I always thought 30 would be the "grown up" realisation too. Never happened. I still have the attidudes/thoughts I did at 15. Like Pro, I'm 35 now, and the only thing that's changed is that people expect me to be grown-up. Grown-up to me was reaching my adult height - again it happened when I was 15. People also think I look younger; my cunning plan was always "no kids or marriage" - turns our I've aged better than married-with-children peers. 20's were fantastic - the whole decade is a blur, so I must have had a good time - but I'm enjoying my 30's a lot. So welcome to the third trimester, GOB!
