The parents of the STAR WARS KID are suing the parents of the kids who originally put the video on the web. This got LLance thinking... Have I not been greivously wrong, even ridiculed by this photo...  [IMG] I hereby declare that the guilty parties should immediately pay appropriate punitive damages more specificly: Franta: One Spider-Man statue sitting in his front hallway plus other unspecified comic related items strewn throughout his household. RKMB's: All non-Batman related free comics Rob Kaphausen receives from DC Comics...for life. (Thank me Robbie...this is an object lesson in policing your own internet community Robbie!) I am also thnking about filing a separate lawsuit against Legion World for having a rule against posting the same pic. I definitely need some legal advice here so I can put an effective spin on these lawsuits. So what I need now is... JUST LAWYER TALK!

LLance, given that you've already made Legion World your bitch, I'd suggest that your most effective stategy would be to enlist the help of the Legion Worlders in your case against Franta and the RKMBs. I bet you can get numerous testimonials to the effect that it was the despicable acts of repeated posting of your picture without your permission that led to the "no LLance pics" rule at Legion World, and ultimately to your being banned there.
