I think if I discover why you used the ":waytogo" code, I'll discover that you are either from another message board (Insurgent?) or perhaps post at another message board so often that you accidentally typed out their emoticon code, instead of Rob's. It also shows you are more of a computer person because you choose to type out the emoticon codes instead of the gay-ass point-click on the drop-down. It also shows you are as lazy as I am and won't bother opening a Full Screen reply, and will instead use the Quick Reply. Hmmm....

No, I analyze and modify existing mortgages with an IR of 6.25% or more, as long as the DCR is below 1.2%. It's part of Obama's Stimulus Package (Ha!). We're an arm of the HARP refinance program. It ain't glamorous, but it pays great, and I fucking looove doing analyzation work. I'm very good at it..
