An L.A. judge found Lindsay Lohan in violation of her probation today, sentencing the actress to 90 days in jail. The ruling was made during a probation hearing revolving around a missed court date in May. (Lohan claimed she had lost her passport at the Cannes Film Festival and was unable to travel back to the states to attend the court date.) Judge Marsha Revel referenced several instances involving Lohan’s 2007 DUI arrest in which she lied about possessing drugs and drinking. “It’s like someone who cheats but doesn’t think it’s cheating if they don’t get caught,” the judge said in court.

Its the busiest she'll be since 2004.

I'll be surprised if she's locked up more than a day or two. Celebrities tend to get released for "jail overcrowding" fairly often

People get arrested everyday for shit like this, its only news because its Lohan, but its not really that interesting or unexpected.

Yeah, I can't get worked up over this much one way or another except that I feel sort of bad for her simply because her parents are such scumbags. Kid never had a chance.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: people who let their kids be child stars should all be investigated for neglect.

Its easy to mock the likes of Lohan, but she is an easy target.
Lets face it, up til a few years ago people mocked Downey Jr for similar issues, and now everyone is clamoring to heap praise upon him, showing how fickle the media and public is.

Also, look at Drew Barrymore, who went through a stage very similar to this, and she also turned herself around when she grew up.

Its just not interesting or entertaining anymore.

I have to be somewhat interested because she is my pick in a long term bet on the next Dana Plato.

I can't believe she let her tears smear her eye makeup all over her face. That is so wrong.
