without going into the details on this public of forums, both david and g shared some wonderful perspective with me. oddly, very different and even solidly conflicting perspectives. still somewhat confused over the best course of action, but it was still good to have some other, more official view points than my own on matters i do not understand. much appreciated, legal types.
