And then there were the Batman fans who'd come over to the Superman boards and start up even worse shit. One of them, He Who Is, started flooding the boards with anti-Superman propaganda. I told him to knock it off...which led to him starting a massive flame war in which I got painted as the bad guy. I got so pissed off that I had Rob delete my account and left the boards. (It didn't help that there were already numerous tensions on the boards that were leading up to my eventually quitting.)
I don't miss the DC boards at all. 90% of the people who posted there were jerks, and good riddance to them. (Thankfully, only two jerks from the DC boards have cropped up over here. The rest of the gang at this MB is mostly agreeable and fun to hang around.)
