Yeah, but that could be ANY butt-ugly alien's face.
It's not clearly labeled and the artwork doesn't make it 100% clear.
So clearly, HATE-FACE's *only true* appearance is in ADVENTURE COMICS # 341.

On the old board, we had a CREATE YOUR OWN LEGION thread... it began by selecting 25 characters at random to become the LEGION and evolved into quite a fun speculation thread about this alternate-reality LEGION.
Hate-Face was a founder, along with Calamity King and Satan Girl (the name The Khunds gave Laurel Gand in our alt. reality).
In our thread, Hate-Face had emotion controlling powers, iirc.
