You knew it had to happen. (Some might choose not to believe this, but The Legion actually does have "straight" fans too. ![[whaaaa!]](eek01.gif) ) So lets have it...The most HETERO-erotic legion stuff you can think of...I call on the non-hetero posters to help us heteros out, just so that the topic may actually be interesting (read: funny) ![[nyah hah]](images/icons/tongue.gif) . I'll start: Jo and Tinya pre-lost era.

Okay, I'll see your Jo and Tinya and raise you a Chuck and Lu preboot.
I guess.
(What DO heteros find erotic besides the opposite sex, anyway??? Snow globes? Postcards from Gatlinburg? Volvo station wagons?)

Valor hanging around the girls' locker room when he was trapped in the Phantom Zone for 1000 years. Definitely hetero.... "Carpet matching the drapes" is so not hetero... is it? There's something for gay men and women in that line ![[um.... uh huh! ... ]](graemlins/umuhhuh001.gif)

As for carpet matching the drapes... more of my straight married friends than I can count watch Trading Spaces together religiously. Building a home together, I think, is sexy regardless of your orientation. :)

Money, honey! It's the ultimate aphrodisiac. So I'll say R.J. Brande. I like poppa!

I've been more than a little concerned about the orientation of some of the couples on Trading Spaces ![[wink]](images/icons/wink.gif) . As for Labradorian: Throwing around accusations of less than hetero-ness is definitely not HETERO-erotic you need to take that to another thread :) . To get this back on topic: I serve up a healthy heaping of Garth and Imra, pre-boot of course.

You know what's funny is that that same scene is listed as homoerotic on another thread!

Perhaps it depends on who's on top?

What's strange to me, apropos of "Legion" 20, is that I can't stop thinking about the erotic arousal possibilities afforded by ... Garth's metal arm.
Think about it!

The giant topless beach that was Winath preboot was a pretty good concept, I thought. Yes, I understand that the fellas had their shirts off too, but still... the boobs!

Damn! Your insight about what heteros find erotic is frighteningly on-target, Opti! I get a hard on every single time I look at a station wagon! And a postcard from Gatlinburg, Tenn is always a pleasure, too.
P.S. I use to work in Gatlinburg on the weekends when I was a teen-ager.

Dream Girl is tossing and turning in bed. She's having a vision! Her silky sheets slip over the soft curves of her body. Her long platinum hair spills across her face. Her back arches and she throws her head back. She sits straight up and screams! The vision is over. What did she see? What did she feel?

Oh my god, yes! Volvo station wagons and Snow globes just rock my world... God help me if I ever found a snow globe in a station wagon near with a postcard!

Legion #24, as I intended it, anyway. Gay fans always told me how much they appreciated how I drew Timber Wolf (who knew?), but Umbra is for the sweaty palmed straight guys. One problem, I've been told that a few images of Umbra were altered. They felt the need to remove all or most of the erect nipples!!! My wife thinks this is ridiculous, but it's happened so many times during my career, she says she expects to see an editor with white out whenever she shops in the freezer section of the grocery store. Oh, and for the gay guys out there ... I once had an editor call me and whine that I had drawn a character's "package" too big. He just kept stammering, "But his PACKAGE! It's HUGE!!!" I just laughed and said, "Dude! He's two dimensional. 3-D people don't need to feel threatened. He can't steal your girls." His answer? "But his PACKAGE ... It's HUUUUGE, man!" Steve, I read once that Mort "Beetle Bailey" Walker's syndicate editor kept a little box full of all the belly buttons that got excised off of Miss Buxley over the years so at least your in good company.
Say, you don't still have the pencils for issue 24 do you? No particular reason I'm asking.....
