Obama can make that case, but without any explainations on how he's going to fix it, especially with his plans to increase government spending to support all the programs he wants to put in place, it's going to fall flat. Especially if the dollar keeps gaining strength and gas prices keep coming down.
Why would a dollar with higher value and a lower gas price be bad things for Obama?
